新加坡清史研究网将在2017年9月16日，傍晚7点30分，假牛车水唐城图书馆举行2017年常年会员大会暨第二届执委会选举，敬请您拨冗出席。

​Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 7.2 of the Constitution, the Annual General Meeting 2017 of the association is scheduled to be convened at 7.30pm, 16^th September 2017 (Saturday) at Library@Chinatown and the members’ attendance is cordially requested.

议程 Agenda：

1. 主编宣布大会开始

Opening of the meeting by the President

2. 核准上一届会务及财政报告

To approve the Minutes of the AGM 2017 and Annual Financial Report for the year 2015/2017

3. 选举2018/2017年度中央执委会

To elect the new President for the year 2018/2020

4. 委任新一届执委会查账

Appoint new auditor for the year 2018/2020

5. 其他事项
